daily outfit photo: 8.31.09 first day of school outfit.  remember when our parents used to take our photo on the first day?  those pictures for me were always at the bus stop down the street, with my jansport backpack strapped on and my new sneakers glistening.  it’s funny to me that now school doesn’t require waiting for a yellow bus or buying binders at staples, just carrying a 18x24” sketchpad and assorted art supplies from queens to manhattan every day and navigating the rush hour subways.  it’s a nice change.
