new commission! getting an influx of traffic over at the comics, i really need to put up ads one of these days…what? it’s not a tuesday or thursday? who cares! here’s another completed commission just in time for the holidays. my last comic commission was in black and white so it was nice to break out the watercolors this time. the reader supplied the story and reference photos, i sent back a sketch, he approved, i mailed out the final product. yay dating comics!

i’ve had an idea floating in my head for a while about a bittersweet night told backwards and forwards at the same time (VERY loosely based on real experiences), so when i got a vague book assignment this semester i decided to warp the project into a graphic novel. some classmates and i recently applied for a table at MoCCA this april (!!!), and i’ll try to have some copies of the book for sale along with the usual kim gee comics fare. until then, a preview.
